Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it. All orders are subject to availability.
We do not take responsibility for over or under ordering of wallpaper, fabric or any other products.
You are responsible for checking and confirming that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements and specifications including without limitation measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery.
All goods are despatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. If goods arrive damaged they must be signed for as such and contact made to our customer services within 72 hours. We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
We recommend that when ordering wallpapers or fabrics that advice is sought from a trained professional or fitter. Due to the Manufacturing process super wide papers will be sold by the metre in one piece up to 50m, larger orders will be supplied in mulitples of 50m. Or parts therof. Minimum order 1m
We reserve the right to refuse supply of products or services to any individual or company.
Any additional orders as a result of under ordering will be treated as a separate order and cannot be added on to previous orders.
EU and International Delivery
EU and International delivery prices are calcuated at the point of sale through a courier company. All quoted prices are in UK sterling.
The Love District is not liable for any import or custom duties that may occur in the process of shipping internationally.
Once an order is placed with our on-line shop it will be dispatched within 2 working days (subject to stock avilability), unless the ‘lead time’ states otherwise. We operate a next day delivery for UK though this may vary depending on postcode and access. EU delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch. International delivery can be up to a week from dispatch. We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property.
Please note: Our courier will need a signature for delivery. Please ensure that someone will be in at the delivery address you have supplied on the day specified. If no one is in, the courier will leave a card or send an email to notify you that they were unable to make the delivery. You will then have three days to contact the courier for redelivery. If you fail to contact the courier in the specified timeframe, they will then redirect the item back to our studio. If you require the item to be dispatched again after it has been returned to studio, you will be charged for packing and dispatching again.
Additional charges may apply for the storage of the products if the customer delays delivery, for more than three weeks after the estimated date for arrival. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards. If you have not received your order within 7 days from placing your order please contact us email@example.com to investigate the non-arrival.
Risk of Damage in Transit
We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them. The products belong to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 28 days from the dispatch of order provided they are in the original packaging (where applicable), unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please enclose a proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch note).
Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of goods that are printed to order or fabric and superwide wallpaper which is cut to your specifications unless faulty.
When you buy online you have additional rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you as the purchaser notify us in writing to the email address or returns address below, of your wish to return an item within 7 working days of receiving it, we will refund you for both the purchase price and the delivery charge. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the item whilst it is in your possession, and that it is returned to us unused.
Please use one of the following methods when returning goods together with a proof of purchase. Please retain a certificate of posting from your post office or a record of the tracking number as proof of postage. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you, or refund any attributable to you through loss or damage.
Many of our fabrics have natural and manufacturing characteristics such as slubs, knots, pile shading and pile direction (nap on velvet). When selecting a fabric you must be aware of its suitability for purpose and of its characteristics.
Fabrics and dyes can be affected by light, therefore we recommend that products where possible are positioned away from direct sunlight and heat to protect them from fading and premature wear.
Regular cleaning in accordance with the care instructions will also prevent dirt prematurely aging or damaging your fabric.
Fabrics will only be sold in full metres. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, due to variations in monitor display, we do not guarantee our website display of colours will be accurate. We recommend ordering a sample of the colour you’re interested in to eliminate doubt. Please be aware that cut fabrics become non returnable
Samples and swatches can be ordered from our website.
Fabrics are supplied without any soil or flame retardant coatings.
All our velvet fabric and cushions will be printed with the nap going down (unless otherwise stated). Selected Products have feather filled pads. These will flatten with use. These should be often plumped by hand to restore the fullness.
Prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
All prices are correct at time of publishing but may change due to inadvertent administrative errors or circumstances beyond our control, such as any variations to the rate of VAT.
‘The Love District’ are not responsible for import duties for International shipments.
Amendments to these Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will take effect when posted on the Website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use the Website and your continued use of the Website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
